Have the same problem. the issue started with the last rift s firmware update. i tried to update all usb-drivers (including amd chipset-drivers) and tried reinstalling the oculus software. nothing worked. i have the same problem in zero caliber, but not in onward. so i think there is a problem with the unreal-engine.
